Ukraine did this after Cuba spent hundreds of millions of dollars treating thousands of sick Ukrainian children from Chernobyl. Cuba spent 20 years providing specialised care they couldn't afford in Ukraine. Ukraine paid nothing, voting to starve Cuba was their payment I guess.

Seorang pelajar lelaki maut selepas dilanggar dan diseret sebuah kereta di Jalan Taman Jati berhampiran Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan (SMK) Jati dekat Meru dekat Ipoh pada Jumaat.
Kejadian sekitar jam 12.30 itu berlaku ketika mangsa, Muhammad Zaharif Affendi Muhd Zamrie, 17, calon Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) dalam perjalanan pulang dari sekolah dengan menunggang motosikal.
Difahamkan sebelum kejadian, berlaku insiden tidak puas hati membabitkan pemandu kereta dengan mangsa yang membuat bising motosikal.
Keadaan itu mengakibatkan, pemandu berusia 44 tahun yang dipercayai anggota polis bertindak mengejar suspek sejauh hampir satu kilometer dan melanggarnya dari arah belakang.
