Women r always told be careful but even in childhood most are abused. 1 in 3 women face violence in their lifetimes whether they are home, school work road parties etc etc. At this point does it even matter where they are and what they do? But STILL the onus is on women

So when women put themselves in potentially dangerous environments, I wonder why they don't consider the risks. For example, going to a party surrounded by men, with alcohol involved, while wearing very revealing clothing. Why wouldn't they take those risks into account?
