Not sure who to give this idea to but UGREs should be in metal containers so we can heat with fire when needed. Hard to heat when the plastic melts @USArmy
Been chasing 315 for a long time and @StrengthDebates low rep sets and a tent gym overseas finally got me there!
So glad my BN implemented one size fits all profile PT today instead of letting us use the gym so we can workout the uninjured parts of our body.
Going on a rotation in a few months and it’s really hitting me in the balls that I’ll be away from my family that long. Haven’t had to deal with this before. Just venting to the void
What better way to document training for friends and family to show them what we do!?
