I had some very upsetting feelings and thoughts today. But I didn’t drink and use over them. So it was a win in my book. Goodnight. #RecoveryPosse

I really feel like I don’t belong on this earth sometimes. Too sensitive. Too caring. I so don’t want to go into work tomorrow. I feel like saying fuck work. But I will just use them as a good reference and swallow my pride. But still no more overtime or staying late. Hell no lol

My job pissed me off and made me sad today. I had a good session with my therapist. These fucking jobs want you to bend over backwards all the time but they can’t be there for you when you need them the most. I’m not going to sign up for extra shifts or stay late lol nope 🙂‍↔️

Do you ever love a book so much that you don't want the story to end? 😭 The same happens to me with certain shows, too.

I have therapy today after work. I'm looking forward to it. I'm also going to the gym again tonight. I'm gonna try to do an hour of cardio on the stationary bike. I'm going to push myself a little. 🥰 #RecoveryPosse
