Today Foqos hit a new milestone: 10,000 reviews! Feels crazy to even write that. It's a huge achievement for any app let alone an open source one, and I can't help but reminiscence about the journey so far 🧵
Just booked a restaurant reservation without an agent. No muse, no dot, Just raw thumb to phone action
I'm shocked, everyone in line at my local store got an iphone Duo, some people got multiple. They must have had 300+ in store stock

Why would a Postgres company buy a SQLite company?
Come ask why.
Turso's founder @glcst is answering questions today on r/Supabase
📌 Founder of @tursodatabase, @glcst is doing an AMA on r/supabase this Thursday, Oct. 22.
Ask him anything. He'll probably answer 👀
Foqos was optimized like 4 weeks ago. You can even read the code on how: github.com/awaseem/foqos/pul…
DB connections is incredible, it also works locally and in self hosted. Hope folks enjoy it as much we enjoyed making it 😊
Your coding agent can now query your Supabase logs, and our skill points it to the signals to watch. So it can check your project for error spikes, security issues, slow queries, and growing usage. You choose when it runs. 🤖

We will open new positions soon for the Turso team. If you have experience writing databases and want to help us shape the future of a world with billions of databases - let me know!!!!!
Okay you gotta try the new CLI. GAME CHANGER
People have been asking to run Supabase locally without Docker for a while. You can do that now. 🐳
Plus, every coding agent gets its own local project, so one can reset its database while another is mid test run.

Then came the flurry of hits! CNET, Wired, Lifehacker, New York Magazine all mentioned by app to help people live more analog lives. TikTokers, both small and massive accounts, made videos highlighting Foqos and showing how they use. Some had the coolest ideas for NFC tags. I even got a mention from @mrwhosetheboss, a YouTuber I've followed and watched for a long, long time. It was so incredibly surreal, I couldn't believe something I built was getting global recognition
