People who don't understand animation think this is expensive, it is not.
This artist is drawing 12 to 24 finished illustrations for 1 second of animation.
So 20$ to 10$ an illustration.
I'm addition, they are wearing many hats to get the final product done.
In the animation industry, no one is drawing a full animation start to finish.
The job is separated between; story board artists, key frame animators, filler frame animators, clean up and colorist.
This person is doing every job in their service and their pay is justified.

this is more like how many art styles I’ve gone through. My style has gotten simpler. Sometimes, I miss the colorful additions ✨ and sparkles I’d add, but I also gotta remember less is more. 🤧

In a different vein, I also think that if you ARE an established streamer, you shouldn’t hide your upcoming new outfit/2.0/whatever to reveal at your debut.
I know it sounds weird, but unless you’re absolutely massive, you’re just shooting yourself in the foot by not sharing it on different socials to get more eyes on you ahead of time. Doing that pushed me from 40 CCV to 150+ for my original debut back in 2024, and I got partner soon after. If I hadn’t posted my model a ton, I wouldn’t have piqued the interest of many people on Twitter and convinced them to come to the debut. Even now, almost two years later, I showed my 3D a bunch, and I’m gonna show my second outfit a bunch too. It really helps.

hi. I’m posting in case others need this, but I have a really huge favour to ask. sorry for the long post, TLDR at the end.
I understand some streamers like me have allowed the “bully the streamer” bit, but this has gone too far, and I’m regretting my choices. I have seen a few others post about this topic before, but I never expected myself to have to address this publicly.
that being said, can we PLEASE stop invalidating people’s feelings? whether it’s excitement or fear, let them feel how they want to feel. let them enjoy their interests. let them be sad once in a while. let them try new ideas. let them be human. please.
