Re #LindsayClancy Mistrial was bound to be declared. Love it or hate it, this is our jury system. And if you do hate it, just know that despite its flaws it’s still the best system in the world.

If #LindsayClancy juror says, "I won't follow the reasonable doubt law" he must be removed. That didn't happen. The OTHER jurors said that about the holdout juror Ronchi: Nobody objected to juror being replaced. Here, prosecutor did Judge can't remove him #ImNotPickingSides

Re #LindsayClancy NO the judge absolutely can’t dismiss and replace that one juror. I had that happen once in a case after three days of deliberations and I objected till I was blue in the face. Easiest appeal ever; of course it got reversed.
