Love the conciseness of @naval’s tweets and the choice of words. Those tiny sentences pack a lot of clarity and meaning. This artwork is a visual / minimal representation of one of his recent tweetstorms on being Healthy, Wealthy & Wise.

iPhone Duo is here! Excited to have worked on the design of our open/close transition. It’s designed to make the two displays feel like one seamless experience by perceptually bending the focal plane, not the content, so that it feels like opening a window onto a singular view.

October has been an absolute nightmare for software > Railway - customer secrets exposure > LiteLLM - malicious PyPI + Docker releases > Zeabur - infrastructure breached > OpenCode - AI API keys exposed > OVHcloud CLI - official binaries backdoored > Rank Math PRO - malware in official plugin > TeamUpdraft - customer data compromised > ConnectWise - cloud backup identities compromised > Tensorlake - npm package infected > SubQuery - backdoored npm package > GhostAction - GitHub repos with malicious workflows > PHP - critical RCE vulnerabilities > Node.js - security vulnerabilities patched > eMudhra - certificate authority keys compromised > Tailscale - eMudhra incident At this point, the biggest security risk might not be the code we write, but the code we trust...

This and Arc Mobile were truly great products. Sad to see them 💀 The pain of moving to a different browser 😭
We've decided to sunset Arc on December 22, 2026. That's not an easy sentence to write. We spent years building Arc and celebrating each and every release along the way: we have so much pride and love for what we made alongside the Arc community. Our priority is to deliver best-in-class security for our members. Keeping a browser secure takes constant, dedicated work that is only increasing in the age of AI. Dia was built from the ground up to meet today’s security standards, so that's where our engineering and security teams will focus moving forward. We've worked to make switching to @diabrowser as easy as possible for Arc members. Here's how: · Your passwords, bookmarks, extensions and history come over to Dia seamlessly. · Spaces, Folders, and Tab Groups are in Dia and import over with your data intact. · Dia now surpasses Arc benchmarks in stability, speed, and security. · The browser features you use in Arc are free in Dia, and the AI is optional. Thank you for using Arc, for pushing us to make it better, and for building alongside us. The team that made Arc is the same team behind Dia, and some of our most ambitious work is just ahead. We'd love for you to be there with us when it lands.

What if water could feel your phone folding? Tried making water behave as though it actually lives inside iPhone Duo with Gulpo. 😊 Fold the phone, and water dips into the crease. Open it, and waves ripple outward. Even the speed of the fold changes how the water moves. Gulpo for iPhone Duo is available now on the @AppStore! apps.apple.com/app/id6800241…

Wabi 2.0 is live! personal agents are one person, one chat. but the parts of life that matter run on more than one person Wabi is an agent you use together. you talk to it, it does stuff, builds the apps you need, and anyone can join the thread - your partner, your best friend, the preschool moms groupchat school changes pickup time → Wabi updates the family calendar, everyone sees it. a show you’d both love → Wabi finds a night that works, gets the tickets. the trip everyone keeps talking about → Wabi picks the dates, builds the itinerary, books it go start a thread with your people 👇

Hi, it's Darshita. I am a designer. And I'm pitching myself in public 'cause I'm done with a year full of anxiety. Everyone says design is dead and AI killed it. But the real parasite was hiding in plain sight. So here's my film, DESIGN IS DEAD. She's bold, fearless and very PINK 💖 Hiring? My DMs are open.

Introducing BlitzClean ! A free, open-source RAM monitor + disk cleaner for Mac I built it based on 3 things: - I kept running out of storage - I never knew what was eating my RAM - Memory Clean 2 stopped working for me on the macOS 27 beta (Golden Gate) What it does: - CPU, RAM and free disk in the menu bar - Ranks apps + AI agents (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor) by RAM, so you can pause or quit the ones you forgot about - Finds what fills your disk - Cleans caches, node_modules, simulators, Docker and old worktrees (you review everything first) MIT, runs 100% locally github.com/blitzreels/blitzc… Made the video with Opus 5.5 medium, what do you think ?

Halo is now available on the App Store. It's a personal AI assistant that helps declutter the noise in your life and shows you what matters right now. I started building Halo last year with 3 goals in mind: - Surface what’s important before I have to ask - Understand my life through the apps I already use - Keep my personal data on my device Privacy is at the core of Halo and it's what sets it apart from other AI assistants. Excited to finally share it with you.

"explain how Shazam works" I had no idea Karpathy is so right about this custom explainer videos will change education
We'll be spending a lot more time trying to understand the outputs of language models. A few thoughts, tips & tricks: Writing. Something I've had success with: Ask your LLM to explain something in ASD-STE100, it's a controlled language specification originally developed for aerospace maintenance documentation. LLMs well-versed in this language and it comes with heavy constraints on clean writing style that I often find a lot more readable. Sometimes I've tried to soften it a bit e.g. ask for "80% of the way to ASD-STE100" because the spec is quite stringent. But even better: Diagrams / images. Instead of writing, ask your LLM to create a diagram. These can be a lot easier to process, parse, and understand. But even better: Web pages. Ask for output "in HTML" to get a beautiful, interactive webpage. LLMs are getting really good at frontend and can create beautiful experiences, animations, etc. But even better: Explainer videos. The output format I am most bullish on is fully custom / bespoke explainer videos generated on any arbitrary topic. Experiment with things like "Create a 3b1b style video explainer on X. Use my ElevenLabs API key for audio narration". (you'd need an API key for the latter or you can ask your LLM to find you decent free alternatives that use your local compute). This is actually starting to work! In summary: - As LLMs get better, they will do more and more of the legwork autonomously, and a lot more of our work will rise up the abstractions into oversight and understanding. - Luckily, LLMs can help here too because as intelligence and code are increasingly abundant, you can ask for large, custom, discardable software artifacts (e.g. web apps, video explainers) that would have never made sense to create before. Push the boundaries here and you'll be surprised.

Gulpo is out now on the App Store! It’s a little app made around the idea that hydration changes with your day... your weather, workouts, pace, and what you actually drink. I hope, just like Lumy, it slowly finds its tribe 🫶 apps.apple.com/app/id6800241…
