PhenoType gives Synplant 2 a vocabulary for mutation. Magnus Lidström’s (@soniccharge) free local script uses a classifier trained on almost 60,000 patches to turn short descriptions into editable sounds.

Type in some words and breed new alien sounds from your description. @soniccharge Synplant 2 uses all-local, all-custom neural nets trained on 60,000 presets. The result is you *escape* preset diving and can get even weirder.

Need vocal air?
Using Bitspeek on a send, set to 100% noise, and highpassed to 10k works wonders on Lead vocals!
Last year was a huge success, and continuing our Black Friday tradition of supporting the environment, we will plant 25 real trees in your name for every Synplant 2 sold until midday Saturday. 💚🌱
