@OnePlus_IN Such a horrible experience owning a OnePlus Open device. I've a 2 year extended warranty + insurance Care program. In Kochi, service center outright refused to accept the phone after liquid damage. Asked to send via BlueDart after requesting through Customer Support.

Half a dozen calls and such a headache to just hand in a device for replacement. I've not received any follow up calls. In between it was even escalated to some senior team just looking at premium device, still no use. I was a happy @SamsungIndia customer. Big mistake choosing..

.. a brand like @oneplus with no meaning ground footprint. Even being in a decently big city this is what a customer has to face. Wonder what people in smaller towns must be having to go through to service / claim warranty.
