i really don’t want to consume ai content just to prove a point, but the improvement of ai has always been scary. the 🐰 situation reminded me so much of this video i saw on my instagram explore page of a guy who transformed into 🦊 through the use of gen ai. (see first video)

as you can see, it doesn’t even limit who he can transform into. he can transform into men and women. if you fail to acknowledge how advanced ai has become, you’re purposely ignoring how damaging it is and how it could be used as a weapon to commit malicious acts.

really appreciate the support from nonfans in qrts but i would just like to reinforce that both bighit and the members (albeit indirectly) have spoken up about how the rumors are false/not real and not to believe everything you see on the internet. bighit has already clearly stated that everything is FALSE and a CRIMINAL ACT was done against him. let's not give a liar any sense of credibility by considering it an 'outing' - it was never the main issue here. although, yes, i do strongly agree, nobody deserves such thing to happen to them involuntarily, without the individual's consent. but what was done to soobin was horrible and a serious VIOLATION of his PERSONAL RIGHTS. no matter which angle you look at this from, that man’s actions are CRIMINAL, and soobin is the direct victim of his actions.

what’s also scary about all of this is that it literally happens and could happen to anyone, not just public figures. the fact that people are laughing at us for trying to debunk the use of ai to fabricate these images are also laughing at the many victims of this sex crime.
