Jordan scored 1,576 more playoff points than Pippen across those six Finals runs. That’s not some marginal difference. That’s an entirely different offensive burden. And we’re really pretending 189 extra rebounds, 20 assists and 26 steals somehow cancel that out? Jordan was the scoring champion all six title seasons, the primary offensive engine, the closer, and won all SIX Finals MVPs. Basketball isn’t a spreadsheet where every category carries equal weight. Two things are true at the same time: 1. Pippen was phenomenal. 2. Jordan was the reason the dynasty had a ceiling nobody else reached.
