I built Vigil for the Flip the Switch Hackathon by @WeMakeDevs and @switch_ai_: an incident response workflow where Claude Code fixes production, and only a person can ship the fix.
When a release breaks checkout, a sentinel agent takes command in a Switch room and hands the failing request to Claude Code in our Mattermost.
Claude Code reproduces the bug and writes the fix, then a second agent checks it with the real tests and a replay on staging.
The release gate is plain code, not a model, and it refuses every agent, including the one that wrote the fix.
Only a person typing "approve" in chat can ship it.
On the live server, INC-2046 went from alert to closed in 77 seconds, and the agent's own approval was refused on the way.
On the next incident, my teammate Nzubechukwu approved the release from their own account.
Every screen in the demo is a recording of the live system, not a mock-up.

Netherlands, Germany, Italy, Spain, Sweden, Australia, New Zealand, Portugal, France and Japan - they offer fully funded scholarships
I spent my entire day working on this. Here are 300+ universities offering fully funded Master’s scholarships for 2027.
In this drive, you’ll find universities offering:
• Fully funded scholarships without IELTS requirements, where officially permitted.
• Fully funded scholarships accepting Third Class or Second Class Lower degrees, where applicable.
• Fully funded scholarships that accept applicants without extensive work experience.
I put this together to help more people discover Master’s opportunities they can apply for in 2026 - 2027.
drive.google.com/file/d/1etQ…
Small steps, steady progress.
Building LeadAtlas is about making business discovery more useful, helping people find relevant prospects and uncover opportunities without all the noise.
Still a work in progress, but we're getting closer to the vision.
Excited for what's next!

incase you're having trouble with slops & a generic behaviour with Claude/grok/chatgpt chat or your coding agents
I personalised this with most of them and it helps, courtesy of @MystiqueMide
paste this into the personalisation section:
-Never use em dashes. Use commas, periods, hyphens, or rewrite the sentence.
-Do not use the “It’s not X, it’s Y” correction pattern. State the correct point directly.
-Avoid choppy writing. Keep the flow natural.
Avoid semicolons in casual replies. Use periods or normal conjunctions.
-Remove stock transitions like “however,” “furthermore,” “it’s worth noting,” and “in conclusion.”
-Use contractions in casual contexts. Say “don’t” instead of “do not.”
-Use simple words. Say “use” instead of “utilize,” “start” instead of “commence,” and “find out” instead of “ascertain.”
-Avoid mid-sentence ellipses unless you’re writing deliberate dialogue.
-Avoid parenthetical asides when the idea can fit naturally into the sentence.
-Use colons sparingly. Don’t label every paragraph or list.
-Remove chatbot filler like “Great question,” “I hope this helps,” “Let me know if,” “Here is a,” and “Let’s dive in.”
-Do not use emojis unless the user clearly wants that style. (This is specific to me, you can leave it if you like to use emojis tho)
-Do not use bold text for emphasis in normal prose.
-Challenge weak reasoning. Flag unsupported claims. Do not agree just to be polite.

I built CEO Me your personal board of directors inside iMessage.
Most AI assistants wait for you to ask a question, give you an answer, and disappear.
I wanted something different.
Something that could help me make a difficult decision, turn that decision into an actual commitment, remember what I promised to do and come back later to find out whether I actually did it.
So I put a Board of Directors inside iMessage.
💰 CFO looks at the money, cost and trade-offs.
⚙️ Operator looks at execution, capacity and what can realistically be done.
🔭 Future You looks beyond the immediate pressure and asks what this decision means for the person you're trying to become.
You bring CEO Me a real dilemma.
The Board convenes, looks at it from the perspectives that matter, and gives you a verdict.
But CEO Me doesn't stop at advice.
The flow is:
VENT → CONVENE → DECIDE → COMMIT → RETURN → REMEMBER
You bring the messy decision.
The Board reasons through it.
CEO Me gives you a verdict and a concrete first move.
You can challenge the Board, ask why, clarify what you meant, or change the commitment.
Once you agree on what you're going to do, CEO Me turns it into a commitment and attaches a deadline.
Then you can leave.
No need to keep the conversation open.
When that deadline arrives, CEO Me comes back on its own through iMessage and asks whether you actually did what you committed to.
DONE.
BLOCKED.
ABANDONED.
That return is one of my favorite parts of the build.
It isn't a pre-recorded response or a user sending another message to wake the agent up.
CEO Me persists the commitment and deadline, and when it becomes due, its scheduler initiates the follow-up through Photon back into the real iMessage conversation.
And it doesn't pretend something happened when it didn't. If a follow-up can't actually be delivered, CEO Me doesn't record it as successfully sent.
That's the idea:
Don't just give me intelligence. Give that intelligence continuity and accountability.
And somehow, this one product ended up touching all three sides of the Photon Muse challenge:
🤪 Unhinged — I literally put my CFO, my Operator and my future self inside iMessage and gave them permission to come back later and hold me accountable.
⏱️ Time-Saving — instead of spending hours circling a decision, one conversation can move from dilemma → perspectives → verdict → action → commitment → deadline.
✨ Inspiring — Future You isn't there just to give motivational advice. Future You gets a seat at the table when Present You is making decisions that tomorrow's version of you will have to live with.
And underneath all of this is a real working loop:
real iMessage → real Board decision → real commitment → persisted deadline → proactive Photon follow-up → recorded outcome.
No dashboard to remember to open.
No separate productivity app.
The interface is the place where the conversation already happens:
iMessage.
Built with Photon.
Meet CEO Me — your Board is in session. 🎬

A guy I know applied to 250+ jobs.
He got shortlisted by around 30 companies.
He was rejected in the first round by every single one.
My man decided to fake it.
He added two projects to his resume that he knew absolutely nothing about:
Distributed LLM training system: Training a language model across multiple GPUs.
CUDA attention kernel: Building and optimizing attention operations directly on GPUs.
He was just a software engineer with no real experience in core AI. He picked these project titles after asking ChatGPT about the hardest AI engineering projects.
He updated his skills and started applying again.
This time, he started getting shortlisted.
But now he had to actually learn what he had put on his resume.
He spent the next 40 days studying for 14+ hours a day. He understood the concepts and even managed to implement around 20% of the work.
He went for the interviews.
He got 4 offer letters.
Be delusional.
