Chaos at terminal 5 @British_Airways because all of the belts aren't working. Staff seem clueless and nobody has a solution - never mind they're obviously enjoying themselves fist bumping each other and ignoring passengers
Lazy @UPS driver doesn't knock at the door - someone was in - but instead sticks a note through saying there was no answer and drops our parcel at a shop -with apparently a load more he couldn't be bothered to deliver

@British_Airways staff lying to everyone on the Newcastle flight that they couldn’t take their hand luggage on board because there are extra small luggage bins. So glad I ignored them and brought my case on - professional liars

Very interesting to hear that @asda instructs their pickers to give home delivery customers the items with the shortest shelf life - that’s why most of my order today went back
