Citalopram. I’m on Citalopram. It’s an anti-depressant I was prescribed when I was at my lowest, waiting to get far enough past Christmas to not ruin it forever for my kids and then end it all. There’s no shame in meds. Let’s keep talking, being open. It’s ok to not be ok ❤️
