The ‘barefoot beach running club’ meeting outside the Spanish city, @iheartwhitley this Sunday 9.30-10.30. We run on the beach then to yoga outside. It’s free. Three sessions over the next three weeks. 🙏🏻🧘

My daughter ,aged 22, reminded me that every time I make tea I say ‘this is really easy to make ideal for….’ ‘Dad, you KEEP repeating yourself’😀. Sigh.
Even I think this spelling of constantine is hard to beat.
