if you mean the viewmodel hands its a part of the swcs csgo weapons, the commands are 'swcs_hands #' and 'swcs_sleeves #' (# being whatever number u choose to cycle thru them)
i tweaked crouch speed a while back which felt a lil better but i dont think i can get it to feel 100%. ive seen other people talking about this tho so ill look into it more
