Finished an hour ago my #HackMeridian2026 @BuildOnStellar submission and I'm really proud.
It allows anyone to create their own Leveraged Trading, when they create/add a token and to lend/borrow their token and/or underlying yield generating Vaults.

A stablecoin trades at $0.65 on one exchange while trading close to $1 everywhere else.
A trader will look it like a bad price. In DeFi, it can be much more serious: if a lending protocol treats that price as truth, perfectly healthy collateral can suddenly look unsafe and trigger a liquidation.
That’s why Peridot care so much about where the price comes from. 🟢

2026 has already brought another wave of serious security incidents, from lending exploits to the recent $320M @Liquid_BTC exploit and some notable ones like @bitget or @Duelbits. This matters even more as onchain finance grows up.
We think 2027 could become an inflection point as Institutional finance is already moving from isolated blockchain experiments toward regulated production infrastructure, which means the standard for DeFi security is going to rise with it.
We at Peridot are preparing for that world today and everyday: non-custodial architecture, open-source contracts, independent audits published publicly, and security treated as an ongoing process rather than a checkbox.
That’s also why one of our partners being @CecuroAudit is a key decision for deeper smart-contract review and continuous security as we expand.
Next year DeFi will bring more capital, but it will be far less forgiving of weak infrastructure. We’re building The First DeFi Broker with that standard in mind from day one.

I’m really proud of what the team has been shipping at Peridot lately.
In a short time we’ve launched:

What's most important to me is that each release moves us closer to a product people can feel at ease of using every day.
The goal is not to add features for the sake of it. The goal is to make DeFi feel practical and easier to access.
Still a lot to build, but I’m excited about where this is going.
