As an artist who used to create these type of graphics manually in Adobe Illustrator (we called it Ai ironically enough) I can give a slightly more nuanced take than most. My advice to other artists would be to never complain about AI publicly or privately. Unfortunately in time the general public will not be able to distinguish or simply will not care if art like this was made with generative AI. Also, as soon as you complain about something outside of yourself you are diminishing your own self belief and power to create something you love, which is the true purpose of art. Conversely, I do find it heartening that as Christopher Nolan has said, there is disdain for generative AI among his children's generation. When people choose art made by real humans over generative AI, the greatest benefit is that it can help encourage artists to continue to make things they love. Human creativity is a natural and in my opinion vital basic function we all have. Every one of us has a seed within that desires to create and it is a beautiful thing to witness when you see it.
