@united … as you can see, I have zero foot or leg room and the backpack is protruding into the aisle.
@united … other passengers boarding after me with two bags were allowed to place their bags above my seat but mine was not allowed to stay in the overhead. FAIL
@united … I was the 9th passenger on the plane and had my bag in the overhead above my seat. Your crew moved it 3 times trying to squish it in tiny spaces even though it has a laptop, a tablet, and breakables. FAIL
