@sprayxdCS 🎙️: I'm incredibly happy and excited to be joining the BIG family! After nearly two years away from a head coach position, I'm finally back — this time as the Academy Head Coach, while also taking on a support coaching role with the main team. It's my first time taking on two roles within the same organization, and I'm really happy that it's here at BIG. From day one, I've already received so much support from everyone involved, and it genuinely feels like I've been welcomed into a family. There's a lot of hard work ahead of us — restructuring the academy, helping the main team in our push to qualify for the upcoming Major, and most importantly, focusing on the process and the development of our players. I'm really excited to get to work with these guys. I've already had the chance to meet everyone, and I'm confident we will achieve great things together. A new chapter begins, and I can't wait to get started. He did great work with Young Ninjas, coaching players like maxster, MisteM and xKacpersky before they moved on to NIP’s main team or ENCE. He will also work individually with players from both our academy and main team, bringing the teams closer together through similar callouts, a shared approach and more exchange, while keeping each team’s own style.
