I ride the peloton exercise bike and I will sometimes drink coconut water on some of the 60 - 90 minute rides. I also make sure I'm well hydrated before a ride.

Edgar’s power spiked in his 30’s after an injury. That doesn’t happen without help. Why penalize the others?

If you are pulling out distinct values from each json you should just load it into its own table and get it into 1nf imho.
No. You have to use the slow query log or drop all the traffic. Some items can be tracked down with the help of performance_schema, but even that is limited compared to what you are used to in SQL Server.
Don't wait until the middle of the night to find out your unsigned int column has a value of 4294967295. Run a monthly check of datatypes.

@BrentO @SQLDBA I agree about the Platform, but how can SQL Server be part of that platform if it doesn't run on Linux? Maybe in Azure only

@datachick If done right, I really like it. I am a long time SQL Server DBA. I love windows, but all the new systems and talent are Linux.

@BrentO @SQLDBA With all due respect Brent I think you are missing the point. The vast majority of new systems are being built on Linux.

@BrentO @SQLDBA So Windows is the cloud server of the present and the future? Are you sure you are asking the right question? ;-)

@BrentO @SQLDBA I think you could offer a very basic model of SQL Server with SSMS and Profiler at a competitive price and get in the game.

@TonyGrossi Best type of plays to counter the "wide 9"?
#ssis Ok to develop in 2008_r2 and run packages on 2005 engine?

@HenryT thanks for the reply Henry. Turned out to be spid unknown.
#sqlhelp found the -4 in the blocking column listed in BOL. Session ID could not be determined. Search dm_exec_request
#sqlhelp What does -4 infer when in the blocked by column of sp_who2? Clearly there is no spid -4 so it must be system related.

@mrdenny no bet. The only time I've come across 0k files was due to ntfs corruption

@SQLSoldier I have found Chrome to always work where I can't get IE to go.
