No-hello is a good rule, but don't forget to build relationships before you just tell people to do something or before you require something.
I'm using a string "Hello! How are you? (don't need anything, just checking)" to tell people that there's no action needed.
Every startup should incorporate the “no hello” rule internally.
We had this rule in Notion’s first internal communication guidelines. This may be one of the easiest ways to make Slack usage ten times better and have asynchronous communication that actually works. Share nohello.net with your team and give it go.

Found a treadmill with a youtube app, so naturally I have watched a Wolfenstein 3D speedrun during my workout. Get psyched!

Hyvää itsenäisyyspäivää!
Or as I like to call it "It's the nicest päivä".
Very happy that I can live in Finland.
