Our youngest vomited in our bed at 3:30am. My wife and I calmly got up. I cleaned our child while my wife changed the bedding. Our child vomited again but we caught it in a mixing bowl.
We laughed a little together and remarked how there is no one else in the world with whom we’d rather clean up puke at 3:30am. An incredible team.

This is called making assumptions. But the most revealing part is the excuse: “I don’t make the rules.”
You invent a woman’s sexual history, decide she owes you the same access you imagine other men received, and call sex a “return on investment.”
Then you blame society for how you chose to treat her.
Gentlemen, if this is how you view dating, women, and intimacy, consider what you are allowing resentment to make of you.
Even if every assumption were true, her past would create no debt for you to collect.
That is the poison: a worldview where decency is conditional, intimacy is a commodity, and every perceived wrong gives us permission to wrong someone else.
It teaches people to surrender responsibility for their character while congratulating themselves for understanding how the world works.
How much ugliness are we willing to excuse in ourselves by saying society made us this way?

Ppl are like “haha women are so mysterious” but at this point men are the incoherent sex. They don’t want to date women with high body counts but they also don’t want to date women that won’t sleep with them like right away?
Maybe this is all just made up online for clicks but I genuinely believe online attitudes do seep into the world eventually and then everyone has to live with the brainworms.

Premarital sex was not invented in America in 1950. It has been very common throughout history and across the globe.
People usually say that the pill caused the sexual revolution but a) people started having premarital sex in the 1950s, a decade before the pill and b) contraception is widely used by people who don't live very post-sexual-revolution lives (like in Asia). I think the sexual revolution, i.e. more permissive attitudes about sex, caused the pill to be invented and not the other way round.
But then, why did the sexual revolution happen? I have cooked up a theory. Just as how women have more casual sex on college campuses with fewer men, I think women, as a collective, responded to the male shortage caused by the Second World War by shortening their hemlines and having premarital sex.
