Post 1 (Hook)
π Just open-sourced two MCP servers that give AI assistants like Claude full control over Google Apps Script development.
No more copy-pasting code. Now AI can actually deploy, version, and manage your scripts.
Here's what I built and why it matters π§΅
Both servers are open source and ready to use:

If you're using AI for Apps Script development, these will transform your workflow.

Cool stuff you can do in Comet (the new Perplexity browser) #2: Debug Github Actions workflows.
I'm working on an open source monitoring project that I intend to release soon, and am bumping into some issues in the cloud service (Github Actions) that I'm using to run my app.
So, I just went to the workflow that was having problems and told Comet to look at the logs, find the errors and tell me what's going on. All I had to do was to make sure I was on that workflow page so that it could see the steps in the workflow. It did the rest... It took it 3-4 minutes to sort out what was what, but I just sat back and watched it do its thing. Now, I have Claude doing this already, but I am just so tickled by this capability.

I took a look at the new "Comet" browser from Anthropic. It's a great example of how AI is going to make things easier for us. Even if you hate AI. Especially if you hate AI - come read this article. redmore.studio/2025/07/14/coβ¦
Weird hammers. Weird AI tools.
But everything has a purpose in the right hands.

π Brass Hammer
Soft but strong. Wonβt spark. Wonβt damage.
π§― Itβs the fallback model β safe, quiet, trustworthy. Maybe even underrated.

9οΈβ£ Dead-Blow Hammer
Hits hard with zero bounce. Shot-filled.
π Gradient clipping IRL. No overshoot, no reverberation. Just clean impact.

8οΈβ£ Creasing Hammer
Sharp edges. Raised lines. Finishing moves.
π§ This is edge-case handling in AI. When nothing else works, the creaser does.

7οΈβ£ Ball-Peen Hammer
Classic. Flat on one side, round on the other.
𧱠The shell script of hammers β basic, reliable, everywhere.

6οΈβ£ Rawhide Mallet
Hits without marring metal.
π§ Like regularization β adds force, avoids damage. Calm, centered, unmarked.

5οΈβ£ Texturing Hammer
Interchangeable heads for bark, lines, dimpled texturesβ¦
π¨ Data augmentation in physical form. Add variation, improve generalization.

4οΈβ£ Chasing Hammer
Used to strike punches or tools, not the workpiece directly.
π£ Itβs prompt engineering! Indirect action, high control, elegant results.

Tweet 4:
3οΈβ£ Embossing Hammer
Stretches metal outward from the front.
π Just like word embeddings β subtle, powerful, and full of hidden meaning.

Tweet 3:
2οΈβ£ Raising Hammer
Shapes flat sheets into bowls by repeated striking.
βοΈ Itβs base-model training. Start with something raw, and shape it into something useful β with time and precision.
