i have been using a supervisor agent to manage all my work. Here, I captured my experience and learnings with such a supervisor agent in this X article - teapaw.org/srinatar/status/211197…

Before AI, the cost of building forced you to pick a segment. Coding agents removed that constraint. The constraint just moved. A feature that looks cheap can still sleepwalk you into a new buyer, a new job, and a sales story your team cannot reuse. AI cut the cost of writing the code. It did not cut the cost of selling it, supporting it, or explaining the roadmap. The test I use before saying yes: teapaw.org/srinatar/status/210682…

If you authorize an AI agent to shop for you, should a merchant have the right to block it? Here I wrote about what Amazon’s decision tells us about agentic commerce, why browser access does not equal merchant permission, and what the emerging commerce protocols need to solve. blog.rememberloop.com/p/what… Earlier this week, i read the news that Amazon blocked Muse from shopping on its website. This news made me realize that I had been thinking about only one side of agentic commerce: whether I trusted the agent. However, the merchant also gets a vote. For an AI agent to complete a purchase: • I need to trust it with my account and money. • The agent needs to follow my instructions. • The merchant needs to recognize the agent and allow the transaction. Amazon has good reasons to be careful. It needs to protect customer accounts, manage fraud and returns, and preserve an advertising business that generated $68.6 billion in 2025. However, Amazon also has something I value as a customer. If I order a physical product through Prime, I can often receive it in less than 24 hours and return it easily. An agent may find a lower price somewhere else, but it may still miss the option I would have chosen. I wrote about what Amazon’s decision tells us about agentic commerce, why browser access does not equal merchant permission, and what the emerging commerce protocols need to solve. blog.rememberloop.com/p/what…

Consumer AI agent products differ across two dimensions: how much the user must define and how much authority the agent has. Captured my thoughts on this topic after my experience with Grok Bot and Muse

I upgraded my #OpenClaw system to 2026.09.01 that runs my AI agents and spent the next 48 hours trying to recover it. The upgrade appeared to work, but then I noticed that my agents were taking forever to respond, and I went down a rabbit hole trying to fix it. I wrote about what broke, how I finally recovered the system, and the checklist I will use before the next upgrade. blog.rememberloop.com/p/pain… If you are considering upgrading to the latest #openclaw release 2026.09.xx , I highly recommend you to checkout the upgrade checklist that i have included in here.

I don't have time to mindlessly scroll through my social feeds, so I automated the job of summarizing posts to #OpenClaw & #GrokBot OpenClaw setup took 40+ minutes. Grok Bot returned the feed in 10 minutes! I wrote my experience in here - blog.rememberloop.com/p/my-f…. .

2/ join us to compare notes with teams working the same problem: getting agents to perform reliably with real users at scale. most agent builders hit the same wall we see every day: your agent passes evals, then behaves differently with real users in production.

3/ Join us to compare notes with other teams shipping agents right now. During this meetup, we can also share how conviva.ai/ measures what users did rather than simply scoring what the agent said.

1/ came across this post - jeffgothelf.com/blog/how-to-… my thoughts: 1. PM was never about being a translator or facilitator. 2. PM job 1 is to bring problem insights and point of view on market undersanding. 3. Only these, translate to what to iterate to validate from the market.

3/ the purpose of Eval is not to spit out a specific score. Eval is an iterative exercise and it is not one and done. you have to get actual data from your customers and then keep iterating on your Eval test cases based on the actual data.
