Ok after more than 50 openclaw corporate client setups this is my current suggestion for infrastructure:
1. If you have heavy internal infra and need a lot of API calls. Mac Mini is the choice.
2. If you have cloud servers then a VPS is the choice.

Ollama just added Kimi K3. So you can run a top tier model on your openclaw with just an Ollama cloud subscription.
Tested it and it works great. Reasoning and step by step thinking.

Ok the easiest Openclaw setup that makes sense.
1. Use SuperGrok with 4,5 through AUTH for heavy lifting
2. Use Ollama Cloud $20 subscription and have Qwen3,5 or Kimi 2,6 or Gemma4 as a fall back model

Structure is build when you understand agentic systems like OpenClaw or Hermes.
Most people using AI in business are paying for a very confident intern that forgets everything the moment the tab closes. If you want to break out of this cycle you need to forget about ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and start looking at Openclaw or Hermes
