I really don't understand the logic behind this, if a person coverts from Hinduism to Islam or any other religion he still have to live among the same society. Changing religion particularly to Islam won't give you higher social status by default.

Honestly speaking, I haven't seen any leader other than Rahul Gandhi who had been spent this much time on ground, have walked this much through out India along with his followers. And I am not talking about last 14 years, even during UPA rule, no opposition have done this.
