How about you spending two minutes researching Miliband's parents and finding out that they were part of the anti-Stalinist left? Neither were ever members of the CPGB. Stalinist regimes would have shot them.

It looks like working class Americans are turning out to tell Trump what they think of his racist ICE.
Palantir works for ICE.
It’s a disgrace Labour haven’t booted them out of the NHS.

🚨 BREAKING: 1,000 Jewish Michiganders sign letter endorsing Abdul El-Sayed.
He is running on Medicare for All and taxing the rich.
Kelly: Trump went through life as a guy who avoided Vietnam. He didn’t want to serve. He doesn’t understand service. He’s intimidated by people who served.
So he wants to project this tough-guy image and just go around dropping bombs on things at every opportunity.
And I think with Hegseth, it’s something different. He seems to operate as a secretary of defense as you would expect a junior officer might. He cares about those kinds of things, how people look, beards, uniforms, gym shorts. And then, to project his tough-guy image, he runs around on a stage and talks about maximum lethality.
So I think you have insecurity in both of them for different reasons.
The result is dead Americans, a lot of dead Iranians, 800 injured Americans, tens of billions of dollars wasted. And what did the American people get out of this?
They got higher prices, and now they can’t afford to put gas in their car. And half of the country is having a hard time affording food because the president and the secretary of defense are clueless, have no idea what they’re doing.

It’s not that I didn’t engage with these people for my entire life. I did. But at a certain point, and a genocide might be a “certain point,” you just realize that we can’t debate ourselves out of this.
“Zionism has brought millions of people to a state of utter derangement,” Pulitzer Prize winner Benjamin Moser said, noting that pro-Israel commentators struggle to even acknowledge that Palestinians are human.
Moser questioned the value of platforming such views in the name of “balance,” comparing it to debating the merits of Nazism or inviting a member of the KKK to provide an opposing perspective when interviewing a Black guest.

Arday’s students highly rated him.
Journos found only ONE disaffected anonymous student on Reddit, from 2012, who wanted her blind marked paper upgraded from 70% to 75%,
Unherd, The Telegraph and The Times boosted the same anonymous single student for days

Having - since his death - heard from his students and colleagues I can tell you this is a gross media misrepresentation. He was very private - never spoke about his achievements - and was very focused on supporting and encouraging his students.

Last night Trump said he could have won Vietnam in a week. His plan was “going after Ho Chi Minh City.”
Ho Chi Minh City was Saigon, the capital of South Vietnam. Our ally. The enemy’s capital was Hanoi. We bombed it.
He called the presidents who fought that war stupid, then explained how he’d have won it by attacking our own side.
58,220 Americans died in that war. Trump got five deferments. Now he’s telling the rest of us how easy it would have been.
He’s had more than fifty years to learn which side we were on. He still hasn’t. That alone should disqualify him from sending anybody else’s kids to war.
Instead, he’s weighing more strikes on Iran after Tuesday. His administration has reportedly considered using the “mother of all bombs,” the one he calls “like a tiny nuclear bomb.”
The man who thinks we should have bombed our ally’s capital gets to choose the targets.

Britain was still compensating the descendants of slave owning families as recently as 2014.
Britain must face up to the shameful role it played in the slave trade - and confront the lasting legacy it left behind.
Reparations are about truth. They are about justice. They are about building a more equal world for all.

I've referred @DavidTaylor85 Labour MP David Taylor to the Parliamentary Commissioner for Standards @UKParliament.
He wrote to the BBC about me, using official House of Commons letterhead and the parliamentary crest to give his intervention the weight of his office.
He's entitled to his opinions. He's entitled to challenge the BBC. But is it appropriate to use the authority and branding of Parliament to pursue what appears to be his own personal political grievance?
No constituent complaint is identified in his letter. This was his own intervention.
MPs are elected to serve the public, not to dress up personal political objections in the authority of Parliament.
I've asked the Commissioner to look into it. Let's see what they say.
Hi David @DavidTaylor85
You really should be careful about using your position to come after me, because once you do that, people are entitled to look at your own record.
You've gone after the BBC over my appearance and questioned why I was given a platform.
Let's look at your record.
•You backed the proscription of Palestine Action.
•You went after Francesca Albanese and opposed the renewal of her UN mandate.
•You've defended Labour Friends of Israel and pushed back against scrutiny of pro-Israel influence in Parliament.
•You've attacked the Green Party and Zack Polanski over their position on Palestine and Zionism.
•You even opposed parliamentary wording referring to "accusations of genocide" in relation to Israel.
And you've described Israel as a "lone beacon of democracy, freedom of speech and rule of law" in the region, while it disregards international law, refuses to work with Palestinian Arabs and kills journalists.
So forgive me if I'm not going to take lectures from you about who should or shouldn't be given a platform.
You have a very clear political position on Israel and Palestine. That's your right.
But when you then use your position as an MP to put pressure on the BBC because I was given a platform, people are entitled to ask whether this is really about "standards" or whether it's about the fact that you don't like what people like me say.
And if you want to abuse your political power to scrutinise me, I'm going to scrutinise you right back.
Hemel Hempstead should know who you REALLY are. Is the kind of MP they want representing them.

It can’t be said enough that so much of the antisemitism we are seeing now is the direct result of Zionism. They want to get us all killed in order to justify their cruelty and savagery.
Pulitzer Prize-winning biographer Benjamin Moser says Israel is "actively fomenting" antisemitism by claiming to act in the name of all Jews:
"It's asking a lot of people to say that there's this Jewish army of this Jewish state with this Jewish star on their flag, and they are mercilessly slaughtering tens of thousands of children, but don't confuse them with Jews," Moser said.
He argues that the reported rise in antisemitism is simply a rise in anti-Zionism, "people reacting to Israel and the evil, wicked things that Israel has been doing in our names."
