Prayers for the King family today.
January 30th marks a sunrise and a sunset for me.
Today, my brother, Dexter, who passed last Monday, would be celebrating his 63rd birthday…18 years ago today, my mother, Coretta Scott King, passed.
Remembering, missing and loving them both.

Playing #Sofia has been the highlight of my career. Getting to live in the complexities of who she is - the quiet moments, the strong ones, her joy & sorrow - have all shaped me for this moment in time. I encourage you to do urself a favor and go see the film!💜@TheColorPurple
