Here’s the “support” offered up by @zara and @ZARA_Care. Over a week and still no response to my multiple attempts at outreach.
Ordered a custom sweatsuit for my niece from @ZARA for Christmas. Was supposed to say her name and instead says Joseph V. Fine, mistakes happen.
Customer service then tells me that I not only have to take the time out of my day to go and mail the faulty, incorrect, product back. But, that I will not get a refund until I contact them again to confirm it’s been sent.
This is the absolute worst customer experience or customer service I have ever experienced @ZARA
