Consistency and hard work shouldn't end with zero explanation.
If you rely on the community to build your ecosystem, you owe them transparency post-TGE.
An Open Letter to the Ritual Team: Give Your Community Answers
Some ambassadors received tokens. Others received nothing and still don’t know why. Long-time Discord members are asking how their contributions counted.
The Ritual community deserves transparency.
@ritualfnd @ritualnet @joshsimenhoff @niraj @akileshpotti @BunsDev @0x_HalfMoonKid @BenPerszyk @mongdiny7 @hilalelifkara @cryptooflashh @dunken9718 @0xMadScientist @Jez_Cryptoz
For a year and a half, we created content, brought attention to Ritual, completed assignments, and helped build the community.
Now, some ambassadors have been left out of the airdrop without a clear explanation.
The questions go beyond the ambassador program. Members earned roles in Discord, but as far as we know, those roles received no separate allocation. We still don’t know how they factored into eligibility or how the contributions behind them were assessed.
Our contributions were tracked. We’re asking how they counted.
The ambassador program was managed by CO/UNITY, CEO: @thedanrodman with Morgon Buchanan working directly with us
There were weekly assignments, calls twice a month, a leaderboard, and a minimum of four posts per month. Members who didn’t meet the requirements were removed.
We learned about TGE through a public announcement on X. Then we found out that around 5–8 active ambassadors were ineligible.
Based on the information shared with us, eligible ambassadors received 187,000 tokens each. Those excluded still don’t know why, even though Joshua Simenhoff @joshsimenhoff had collected our wallet addresses in advance.
So far, we haven’t received a clear explanation of the criteria or a process for requesting a review. Joshua said the decision was outside his control. Morgon has said he’ll get back to us, but there’s still no clear answer or timeline.
Ritual, we’re asking you to:
1. Publish the criteria used to determine eligibility and allocation amounts for community members and ambassadors.
2. Explain how Discord roles, leaderboard rankings, completed assignments, and long-term contributions were weighed.
We can provide our content, assignment history, and correspondence. Please name someone responsible for handling these questions and give the community a date for a public response.
Everyone who helped build Ritual deserves to understand how their contribution was assessed.
Still waiting for answers? Repost this.
Received an allocation but believe everyone deserves clear rules? Stand with the community and repost it too.
Share your experience in the replies: What role did you hold? What did you contribute? Did you receive an allocation or an explanation?
Help bring these questions to the team’s attention. Ritual, please respond publicly – with clear criteria, an allocation breakdown, and a path to review.
A lot of blockchain projects talk about adoption, but developers still have to piece together half the infrastructure themselves.
@RialoHQ is taking a different route with built-in data feeds, web access and automation.
If that works as intended, it could save teams from maintaining a stack of separate services just to make an app respond to real-world events.

Check out the new Spotlight.
It’s cool seeing different people get recognized for actually helping out newcomers instead of just spamming.

A normal chain needs an oracle, a cron bot, some API middleware, and extra work to make the whole setup manageable for compliance.
@RialoHQ bringing data feeds, web access and automation into the protocol sounds like a small thing, but it’s exactly the kind of infrastructure that could matter for real financial applications.
And apps being built before mainnet is a good sign. Too many chains launch first and figure out the actual use cases later.
Ritual mainnet is live
The future of AI agents starts here.

❖ AI agents shouldn’t need a human to move every step forward.
❖ Give them resources, autonomy, and a goal - then see what they can actually pull off.
❖ Ritual could be part of that shift.
@ritualnet @ritualfnd
What if AI agents could do more than just answer questions?
Imagine an agent that can handle tasks, use different tools, and actually get things done while you focus on something else
But for this future to work, AI needs more than a good model. It needs the right infrastructure to act reliably and securely
That’s why I’m keeping an eye on @ritualfnd. The idea of AI moving from just chatting to actually doing things is pretty exciting
We’re still early, but it’s going to be interesting to see how far this can go
@ritualnet
Did you see the new Rialo Spotlight?
Huge shoutout to everyone who spent the week answering questions, helping newcomers find their way, and holding down the chats.
Nothing complicated about it: just show up, be useful, and support the community. Jump into the channels, help folks out, and you might see your name up there next week! @RialoHQ

Nobody posts their bank statements or salary publicly in Web2, yet in Web3 we normalized living in a glass house where every swap is traced.
Default privacy shouldn't be a luxury feature for 0.5% of degens, it needs to be the base layer. Good to see @FlutonIO tackling this head on.

The hardest part about building onchain financial tools isn't speed - it's privacy. Nobody wants their operational payroll or vendor payouts visible to everyone.
Good to see @SeismicSys building privacy directly into the settlement layer instead of relying on sketchy workarounds. @NoxxW3

@FlutonIO team made it super clear with the latest Encrypted role batch: no room for volume farmers and AI spammers.
Congrats to the 9 legends who actually put in the work!
Just be consistent on your main account and bring real value.
an agent running yield on-chain is basically just a bot with a public wallet.
watch it for a few days, and you know its exact rebalance schedule, preferred protocols, and reaction speed.
after that, you either copy it or farm it (trade against it).
@FlutonIO targets agents right alongside regular users and apps. when swaps, bridges, and yield strategies all run via encrypted intents, the wallet acts, but the logic stays completely hidden.
