On Sunday 1 November, a husband and father to two young children was allegedly attacked with a baseball bat outside his home in Torquay, Victoria, after confronting two people who were damaging One Nation signs on his property.
He is now in hospital with multiple facial fractures and bleeding on the brain. He faces a long recovery.
He runs his own business and is the family's only income earner. While he is recovering, the family has no money coming in. His work vehicle was also badly damaged in the alleged attack.
His family should be able to focus on his recovery without the added worry of lost income, medical costs and everyday bills.
We are keeping his name private to protect him and his family.
All funds raised will go directly to the family to help cover these expenses and support his recovery.
Any contribution, large or small, will help. If you cannot donate, please consider sharing this page.
Thank you for standing with this father and his family.

Victoria, let’s cool the jets.
We are all desperate for change, and it’s great to see so many Victorians active in the political sphere, but we need to take a step back.
No matter what side of the political spectrum you’re on there is no room for vandalism and violence in politics.
Let’s be better, let’s do better,
Enough is enough.

A fired up Mark Nicholson at the Melbourne March today!
Determined to continue the Please Explain cartoons despite the increased scrutiny and the obvious attempts by the Albanese Govt. and its media attack dogs to shut them down.
For him it’s a source of therapy for us it’s about having a good laugh .
