I had a lot of fun recording this with @stevector. 🎬
#Drupal has some interesting solutions baked in - including using AI agents, recipes, and Symfony under the hood. Also, it has a different philosophy behind it. 💡

Great blog post by @stevector
Stop telling people how great your product/tool is, "show" them, "do" by example. Love how he correlates DevRel with theater. Really good read 💯 This is a very efficient method.

We ran a radio show in college.
Student-written radio dramas and sketches* — from 1940s to 2000s.
Live foley, found sound, weird voices— it was pretty fun. And won quite a few college radio awards. (Here’s us before @NorthwesternU got a huge soundstage.)

It's amazing that:
1. They documents these decisions.
2. They make it public.
3. It's succinct and well-written.

If you think devs tend to overly focus on trivialities, I’d argue it’s often a symptom of a fractured team.
Someone else has the product ideas.
Someone else does the UX research.
Someone else designs the product.
Devs want to have agency. They’ll exercise it on whatever’s left.
