Disgusted by the level of customer service from @scottishgas south africa call centre yesterday. 1hr 42mins to answer my call to assist a disabled client of mine. Call handler was rude, obnoxious and unhelpful. Also lied to me on the phone. Would appreciate a reply and apology.

Did you really mean this ad to run @Autoglass ?? All I can hear at the start is this guy saying "Are gypsies more to bother about?" Surely I'm not alone on this?
Thanks @walkers_crisps for my ¾ bag of salt & vinegar air. Rather than scamming the public into believing they are getting a good deal you should perhaps point out that GRAB BAG only means more bag to hold.
Tried to use pay at pump in @Morrisons Ferry Rd Edinburgh on the 14th april. After authorisation I CANCELLED the transaction as i was told there was no unleaded. 5 days on and STILL waiting on the 50 quid pre authorisation to come back to my account. Why?? Total disgrace!!
Nice moves @Scotmid. Place the chicken wraps right in the middle of the other MEAL DEAL items so customers are duped into paying £6.05 rather than £3.75 ( Oh.. sorry. Wraps aren't in the meal deal) Will stick to @Tesco from now on. Wrap was bland as hell.

Disappointed in #kfclivingston @KFC_UKI tonight at 16.35 to see an older male staff member sanitising trays behind the counter then clearing tables with a mask over his chin and not his nose and mouth. When when questioned he ignored me. Why does he get to avoid the rules?!

Once again @GreggsOfficial your Restalrig rd south store in Edinburgh delivers the highest level of disappointment. 10.15am and no hot food ready. No customers either! Funny that, eh? No idea why I gave them a 2nd chance. I've send a DM.

@LidlGB Newly opened store in Larkhall. Closing 10pm. 2 nights in-a-row self serve shut off at half 9 and not a single item left in bakery. Tonight I walked out after 10 mins as 1 checkout open serving 1 customer with a full trolley, another 2 customers infront of me...

I had 1 item and the operator was more interested in stopping scanning and asking a colleague "what's still to be done mate?" Doubtful if I'll be back.
