$24,000 per year from this simple AI Dentist Voice Agent (and why I’m probably insane for giving it away for free) One dental practice was bleeding $6,000+ every month from missed after-hours phone calls. That’s 20–25 potential new patients disappearing simply because no one was there to answer and book. So I built an AI voice receptionist that books dental appointments 24/7, powered by n8n + ElevenLabs, and guided by the clinic’s internal rules and real scheduling availability. Here’s what the system handles automatically: → Picks up calls with a natural-sounding AI receptionist → Captures patient info + insurance details → Checks live calendar availability → Schedules appointments instantly → Logs every interaction into a Google Sheet The wild part? A nearly identical AI voice system was sold to a dental practice for $24,000 per year by another founder. And this isn’t limited to dentists. Any service business losing revenue from missed calls can deploy the exact same setup. Want the full n8n workflow template? 1. Retweet & Like 2. Follow me 3. Comment “ASSISTANT” I’ll send you the entire system for free, plus a step-by-step setup video — including all the ElevenLabs automation pieces. (must be following so I can dm you)

i tested over 1000+ veo3 prompts in the last 2 months most of them sucked - random lighting, uncanny faces, weird camera angles, wrong emotions... but some gave amazing results so i spent weeks figuring out why - why some look cinematic and others suck then i built a full prompt framework that fixed 90% of the issues it gives you scene structure, camera direction, emotion cues and realistic details that make the ad feel human like, rt + reply “VEO” and i’ll send you the framework (must follow so i can dm)

i found a way to make ai influencer videos that people can't tell are fake... sora 2 is good but there's no consistency, you need a solid post-production process most people just generate and upload, which is why their stuff looks like obvious ai slop i spent weeks testing every method and cracked the exact workflow that got me 28 million views in 30 days, here's my system: - step-by-step character creation (keeping the same face across 100+ videos) - the complete video workflow from prompt to final export - how to add "human imperfections" that sell authenticity - editing secrets that hide ai tells - the tools i actually use (free + paid options) RT + reply 'INFLUENCER' and i'll send you the FULL system (must follow so i can dm)

Sora 2. Nano Banana. Higgsfield. Veo3. These AI video tools are breaking the ad game What used to cost $20K and take 6 weeks from an agency… now takes minutes and costs cents Creators stacking them are pulling $10–15K per week Our team has been running the same play Last month: $122K Now scaling close to $870K/month: 200+ ads daily. Flawless avatars. Zero agency fees. This isn’t theory. It’s happening right now RT + comment *122K*and I’ll DM you the exact system. (must follow for dm)

Whoever pushes this video is doing so because someone that did not grow up in the United States (and most likely does not even currently reside there) made this video for them. Just something to think about.

If you ever want to find out how this would apply to your doctor, ask them what they think about Cologuard and how many scripts they write for it.
Well, 4 out of 5 doctors can't answer a basic question about statistics, even at Harvard. Medical professionals tend to have an incredible amount of crystallized knowledge, but often aren't actually that intelligent.

Notice that none of the diplomatic talks regarding the prisoner trade with Russia earlier this week were leaked. If they had, a deal never would have happened.
Enough. I can’t express how much harm the Biden admin does with their shenanigans. These intentional leaks, meant to appease part of their voting base by appearing tough on Israel, are directly a big part of for the problem and have been for months. These messages aren’t meant for Israel. They are meant for Dem voters. That’s why they get leaked to Ravid. But you know who else gets them? the Islamic Republic, Hamas, Hezbollah etc And they take them as a signal that they just need to hold out and keep pushing, and they will get what they want. Not only are they wrong as the escalation is based on Hezbollah firing non-stop rockets and a complete lack of deterrence, but they also undermine their stated goal of achieving a deal. If your goal is to get a deal, you should be applying pressure on Hamas and its sponsors (Qatar, Turkey, Iran). instead, they only apply public pressure on Israel. Which signals to Hamas and Hezbollah they don’t need a deal. It signals to them that escalations benefit them. Furthermore, framing Israel taking out leading terrorists responsible for countless American deaths and that are actively fighting a proxy war as an escalation is in itself adopting a dishonest framing that does harm. The way you avoid escalations from weaker parties is by setting clear red lines and enforcing them. Instead the Biden admin actively tries to prevent any enforcement, which encourages our enemies and those of Israel to keep crossing those lines. And then they pretend that simply supporting defensive measures is sufficient and all that should be allowed after they incentivize further attacks . They don’t understand the Middle East. Their foreign policy is completely centered on projecting weakness. And their obsession with prioritizing politics is putting lives at risk. Enough.

I heard last week that he would resign at this exact time and date. It was widespread knowledge in DC. The real powers that be are discarding the old puppet in favor of one that has a better chance of fooling the public. They fear Trump because he is not a puppet.

Migrant children in New York State cannot get a high school diploma right now because they cannot pass the req’d English language Regents exam. Even if they pass every other exam. They are forced to get a GED on their own dime. The gov’t takes them in & sets them up to fail.

Pro-Tip: The migrant children also have a NY Constitutional Right to an education, so better start looking for ESL teachers in the next two weeks!

.@StevenACohen2 have you considered having players change their jerseys during each game? You can clearly tell with this new material that it’s holding sweat as the game progresses. There has to be a better way.

It would have been easier to pass by this if they didn’t include a direct link to the Tribune’s page. Even still, clicking on an article link forced a pop-up alerting me that I’ve “reached my article limit”, even though that was the first article I had opened. – at Columbus, OH

There was a significant push this past summer to let the voice of the voters determine abortion rights in Ohio. Now it’s a problem that politicians are supporting a bill so as to win over voters? If the voters want to change it, they will have a chance to do so in November.
Ohio State Rep. Jessica Miranda (D) calls out Republicans for pushing an anti-parental rights gender-affirming care ban and directly calls out conservative religious lobbyists in the gallery. "You are literally killing our children, all to win your Republican primary races.”

Simple…just get them out of NY. NY Social Services Law Sec 149(2) requires the local gov to first bring suit against the bus operator. Sec 149(3) requires the court to give the operator time to get those people out of NY State before they can be indemnified for all costs.
New York City has and will continue to do our part in the asylum seeker crisis. But we can't bear the costs alone — and we won't let those complicit in @GovAbbott's scheme get away with violating our state laws. We’re seeking approximately $700 million from 17 charter bus companies that transported migrants to NYC without paying to care for them. We'll see you in court.

If an IEP was on this student’s file, it can COMPLETELY change the responsibility equation in this situation. From a spontaneous outburst by a physically dominant aggressor, to a known unknown based on well-documented medical history and a set of instructions to follow for him.
NEW: The mother of Brendan Depa, the 6ft 6in teen who beat his teacher unconscious over a Nintendo Switch, is pleading for the teacher to "show mercy" on her son. Depa's adoptive mom, Leanne Depa, says sentencing her autistic son to prison will be a "death sentence." Depa is facing up to 30 years in prison for the attack as the teacher, Joan Naydich, is still recovering from the trauma. "I am so sorry for what my son did. Nobody should ever have to go through that... please consider he has had a hard life and he has gone through so much trauma in his life," Leanne Depa said. "He has autism. Please show mercy to him." Naydich is reportedly refusing to help Depa get a lighter sentence and says she hopes this case will "prevent anyone else from ever dealing with the trauma."
