1/3 As a project to keep me busy while I am away from work, I decided to 3 D print a T-rex skeleton. I gave the 25 separate parts to @VictorianModel who designed and created the motion for it. (All the linkages, levers and the motor plate were also 3D printed)
2/3 All credit goes to @VictorianModel for making the 3D print look amazing which will now hopefully inspire many students at the school I work at. I have a few more 3D printing projects in the pipeline so keep an eye out in the coming weeks and months.
3/3 Also credit goes to the file creator: MakerBot. If you want to have a go yourself this is the website to download the file: thingiverse.com/thing:275091 #3Dprinting #3Dprint #Modelmaking #dinosaur
Back home after a trip up to North Wales. In the last few days I saw lots of colourful houses (portmeirion), learnt about the creation of a town (Beth-gelert) and walked round a castle (caernarfon) 🏠🦮👣 #northwales
Amazing (but stormy) view in North Wales. Having a week away as the school I am working at is on half term 👍🌊 #northwales #waves
Its been a while since ive posted anything, I’ve been working as a technician in a secondary school for the past 8 months and I’m working towards gaining experience teaching Art/Design & Technology. My illustration/animation practice has taken a back seat recently...(1 of 2)
However I have a brand new updated Showreel with some exciting stuff from the past year in there. It will be posted tomorrow evening so keep your eyes peeled…. (2 of 2) #animation #illustration
Day 11 and 12 ✍️ Currently a day behind but will catch up next week with some more drawings #inktober #drawing #sketchbook
Im attempting to learn about anatomy/the human figure as it’s something I’ve never been good at drawing! Trying to do a few pages a day of sketching instead of #Inktober ✍️ I’ll post a sketch a day starting tomorrow... (P.S I’m using an anatomy book as reference initially)
We’ve got a new toy at work so I’ve decided to make myself a friend 😎 #3dprinting #3dprinter
