Tariffs 101: Bob buys widgets from China for $10 & sells them to consumers in the USA for $20. If we add a $5 tariff to imported Chinese goods, Bob now buys widgets for $15. So, does Bob continue to sell his widget for $20 or does he increase his price to $25? CONSUMER PAYS
