Suprisingly much of my magic lies in radically trusting my experience. Which includes owning what i experience and then trusting that it will lead to good by allowing it. Trusting that there is wisdom and intelligence in it. Which does not mean acting it out blindly.

When someone texts you, voice notes you, tells you something nice about yourself, you can just enjoy it. You can smile really big. You can receive the words and savor them instead of immediately responding or deflecting. You can let the compliment into your heart and feel appreciation for yourself in the same way that the person telling you appreciates you.
