Today, we’re proposing an orderly wind-down of the Stride chain. What that means for stTokens: → Redeem normally on Stride until Oct 12 → Redemptions then pause while backing assets unbond → Around Nov 20, redemption resumes on Osmosis → Your stTokens do not expire 🧵

Stride liquid staking and redemptions are now paused. With the v35 upgrade (block 41,522,514), new liquid staking and new redemptions are disabled as part of Stride’s wind-down. Redemptions already in the unbonding queue will continue to process as normal.

Once the redemption pools are live, stToken redemptions will move to Osmosis. We’ll announce here as soon as the pools are ready, along with the steps for redeeming. Until then, no action is needed.

If your stTokens are already on another chain, you won’t need to bridge them back to Stride first. The Osmosis pools will accept them directly.
