Our comprehensive assessment starts with a functional movement screen and muscle testing to address weaknesses, asymmetries, and imbalances. From there we look at the athlete’s goals, sport, and injury history. The athlete then gets a customized program on their phone which tracks their progress and results. Highlights from our game vs. Corner Canyon last week. Unfortunately, I broke my collarbone in the first quarter but continued to play three more drives after breaking it.
In a quarter and a half, I went 18/26 (69%) for 173 yards, 1 TD, and 0 INT's. Almost every throw in this highlight tape, including the touchdown, came with a broken collarbone.
Excited to keep leading, supporting my guys, and doing everything I can to help this team the rest of the season.
