Made a handful of things last year π
I tell Paige all the time, I can't believe I get to do this thing with these folks for a living. Grateful as ever.

My man @studio_mighty came in strong with that brand, bruh.
So happy to see this launch! Proud of this work!
Happy to share something publicly weβve been slowing working towards for about a year now.
HugoPub is the beginnings of a Christian publishing entity to βequip the saints to storm the gates.β Lots of content possibilities in the future, and tons of content currently available for FREE.
Shout out to @marleyjudice who has been the primary driving force behind this and put in many many hours making it is what it is. Well done, sir.
Our hope is that itβs helpful to you, and is the beginning of something truly great. Find it in the App Store and give it a review while youβre at it. Cheers!
I think about the brand strategy, identity, and system build we did for the rename and relaunch of the Penta Group brand from 2021β2022 *all the time*.
I'm prepping a short little case study for the LinkedIns and this little exploratory moment is still one of my favorites. Brand identity systems have to be able to flex:
β³ Playful in internal culture building
β³ Buttoned up for corporate comms
β³ Inspiring for sales and biz dev
β³ Functional for data viz
β³ Strong, but flexy during black ops / r&d
I haven't made a decision about sharing the Penta Creative Death Metal shirt I was workshopping during that season. Maybe I'll tuck it in at the end of the case study π

Had a blast dreaming up the next phase of the @TrinityPrairies brand with founder Clint Hail!

One of this year's earliest Design Subscriptionsβ’ was with Small Stories Studio.
After developing a quick MVP brand, the next order of business was a cover for their first book release, Long Is The Way by Alton Hardy & Billy Ivey. It's an incredible story of pain and hope. Strong rec!
Sometimes my work is about getting out of the way.
A few months ago, I had the distinct privilege of working with the marketing team at neverthirst, a clean water nonprofit, on bringing life to their 2023 End of Year giving campaign.
They worked with the gifted Tara Shupe on capturing the beauty and life and work of distinct communities they serve in Ethiopia. The campaign I designed was meant to frame and adorn the beauty that's already there.

Some thoughts on our Immanuel Reformed Church logo, designed by @studio_mighty.

Thanks Peter! A joy to join y'all on this mission.
A beautiful logo design for Immanuel Reformed Church from @studio_mighty.
New identity rolling out soon for @trinityprairieco, a group planting Texas-Native* landscapes for the good of the earth, the good of the state, and the good of the soul. Cannot wait to share this one.
Identity I worked up with @brianpmoats of @_resolvemedical in 2021. My goal when I work with photographers is to create a frame for their work to speak for itself. And Brian's good. REAL good.
