A KIKO Milano simplesmente fez uma collab com a STABILO pra lançar um lip tint em formato de marca texto?? São cinco cores diferentes, com acabamento matte e uma embalagem quase idêntica a da Stabilo.

It is hard to improve when your main coping strategy is distraction. Improvement requires sustained contact with what is not yet good enough.

so many things happening all at once that you genuinely feel the pull of needing to journal about it all and unload them off your chest and soul before they devour you whole.

It’s strange how you can make peace with something that happened to you, yet it remains a defining moment. You don’t think about it often, but a movie’s release year or an old photo reminds you that there was a life before it happened. Almost like living two different lives.

I had this big realization in my early 20s that by thinking of periods of time as write-offs, like “just a phase” or “I just need to get through this moment and then I’ll” I was missing the key point that it was all my actual life, and I was missing it by being checked out.

It's possible to be grateful for your current life and still want something better. Wanting more doesn't automatically mean you don't appreciate what you already have.

a friend of mine stopped answering the group chat for a while. at first we joked about it, "they're in their villain era," a gif of someone disappearing into a hedge. then the jokes stopped and the chat just moved on, the way water closes over a stone when they came back, they made one comment about feeling "kind of underwater lately." three people reacted with a heart. nobody replied. the next message was someone asking who had the charger they left at the bar i was one of the hearts that's the part people don't say out loud. we're great at caring about sadness in general. we share the posts, we know the hotline number, we say "check on your strong friends." but an actual sad person is slower than the conversation. they don't bounce back the joke. they answer "how are you" honestly, and it's awkward, and we don't know what to do with our hands so we tap a heart. it feels like doing something. it's the exact amount of effort it takes to leave the room without walking out the friend is mostly fine now. they told me later the heart was the worst part, because it meant we'd all seen it
Nobody likes you when you're depressed. We can talk all day about mental health and its importance, but the moment you fall into a depression; everyone starts to pull away. They see you as someone negative, a burden, a person too heavy to deal with.

soft reminder: although things may feel very heavy & overwhelming rn, u do not have to solve it all in one day, one sitting, or even in one week. please remember to set ur worries aside long enough to breathe and take care of urself. u will make it through anything. u got this.

I will never shame someone for how messy they were while trying to stay alive. Some of us didn’t get to heal beautifully. We healed however the fuck we could.
