I'll be running the @LondonMarathon six weeks today to raise money for @Coeliac_UK - if anyone has a few spare pounds/dollars/euros I'd be most grateful for a little more sponsorship, thanks!

Yeah Rishi Sunak spent his own money on expensive shoes ... but Liz Truss spent £500,000 of our taxpayers' cash on private flights in three months
Great to see my father-in-law on social media (sort of)!
Neil Mackie, Co-ordinator for the Huntingdon and District CFR Group got in touch as part of our #ThanksTeamEEAST week to ask us to share this message with Martin, one of our Make Ready Officers at Huntingdon station.
Do you have a message for a member of #TeamEEAST? Let us know!

ALT I'd like to take the opportunity to say a big thank you to Martin, who is the Make Ready Officer at Huntingdon Ambulance Station. Martin is always a bright and cheery colleague for whom nothing is too much trouble. He manages the stores at Huntingdon efficiently and is happy to help out inexperienced and experienced CFRs alike. He always has time for you and in my opinion is a real credit to the ambulance service.
My mate @GavinMann1 has a talented son who's launched fun card game. In SOS, players build biomes & protect endangered species (7+,2-5players,15mins). Co-created with #WWF, he's donating 100% of profits to charity. All explained in 2min vid on Kickstarter kickstarter.com/projects/177…

Quote from Actor Hugh Grant
“The BBC is something the whole world admires with envy. It is entirely appropriate that the insecure, spittle-flecked nut jobs of this government want to destroy it.”

Absolutely. That final lap was wrong for so many reasons - none less than the fact that Mercedes would have pitted Lewis had they known the rules were being overlooked.
Utter farce and a total disgrace!!!
The FIA like to follow the minutiae of the rules when it’s a rear wing being damaged and 0.2mm out of position. So I’m assuming a major rules breach will also be properly addressed… right? #F1

That’s going to court. The rules would have let all the lapped cars through which meant no more racing. They chose to engineer a finale to Drive to Survive instead. I supported Verstappen most of the year. But Lewis deserved that

If there was a piss-up at No 10 last Christmas it’s very unlikely Boris organised it. Because, well, you know.

Under 24 hours ago we posted this video on the government’s statements on the No.10 Christmas party last year. It’s now been watched 2 million times & been in the @BBCNews ‘most watched’ list all day. Thanks very much if you watched and shared it.
Don’t understand why we’re shown above Vitesse in Group G table on goal difference. Thought away goals amongst us & Vitesse count before overall goal difference. We didn’t score at their place but they scored 2 in N17. Can you please clarify @AlasdairGold? kassiesa.net/uefa/files/2021…
I’m speechless. Fairytale stuff. Never thought I’d see anything like that. What an awesome champion @EmmaRaducanu is 👏
What a performance from Raducanu! Especially considering the first couple of games. And how articulate is she?!? Absolutely amazing talent 🤩

If Mbappe goes to Real Madrid this summer, it means the race to sign Haaland will be even greater in 2022. And whoever doesn't sign him, is likely to look at Kane as an alternative. The idea he'd be much cheaper in 12 months time is ridiculous, bar a very serious injury. #thfc

Since Pep Guardiola called Tottenham the 'Harry Kane' team, Spurs have beaten City four times at home and Kane has played just once*. (*Also came off injured early in one) #THFC
