Calling them "Houthis" is meant to reduce them to a tribal outfit, and to obscure how AnsarAllah represents a national, not tribal, movement, with broader constituencies. It is meant to delegitimize AnsarAllah and to legitimize US bombing of "Houthis" as separate from Yemen.
