i've been seeing posts about systwt and systok lately and like.. i get not wanting people to treat DID like it's the alter disorder, but not everyone wants to talk about their dissociative symptoms either? some people are so mixed up all the time that it just presents that way
the most i do is keep precautions.. i don't want everyone to know every single alter i have, or what all our sources might be, the specifics of our trauma, etc.. and a lot of people on social media are teenagers also trying to make sense of themselves
everyone's everywhere all at once, and trying to make guesses on who they really are. it happened to me a lot when i lived with my abusive mom still. we prefer to keep it light and talk about the symptoms in private, and we don't limit ourselves for anyone
