If you don’t love the brand of baseball being played in the World Series, then you just don’t love baseball. #WorldSeries

Husband and wife, pray together. Speak life over each other. Forgive quickly. Put on the full armor of God and fight for your covenant, not against your spouse. Stand united in Christ.

Gabriel Iglesias was on Ozempic for about five months. His description is the most honest one I’ve heard.
It worked almost too well. He’d look at food and feel nothing, not disgust, just “I’m good.”
The weight came off. But he watched his shoulders disappear with it. A strong guy, losing the strength he was proud of. Add the constant nausea, and he quit.
The moment he stopped, 20 pounds came back almost immediately.
And here’s the twist: years earlier, he says Ozempic offered him a million-dollar deal to be the face of the brand. He turned it down.
That’s the part nobody puts in the commercial. The drug turns off your hunger. It doesn’t protect your muscle, and it doesn’t fix whatever was driving the eating in the first place.

Husbands, love your wives in a way that makes them feel valued and safe. Wives, show your husbands respect through your words, actions, and attitude. Both of you must refuse to tear each other down, especially when disagreements arise.

Masterclass by Pat Murphy
“I want to be able to beat you 5 different ways!”
This is the future of player development
Positional Versatility
Hitting Versatility
Pitching Versatility
Can you make a play 5 different ways?
Can you hit a Baseball 5 different ways?
It's always what have you done for me lately. You can be great for years, but it all goes away if you can't maintain it
Kenny Dillingham when asked about ASU fans "losing their minds" about how this season has gone:
"I told my family the entire time, 'You guys realize eventually this is going to turn.' It's the nature of the coaching profession. You've just gotta be ready for it. When your highs are so high, your lows are gonna be so low. You can't get upset or frustrated. Nobody cares what you did yesterday, they care what you do now. It doesn't bother me."
@SunDevilSource
Would like to Thank @CMizzlani & Coach Davis and their communities for recognizing our 1 Football Senior this yr. We didn't get a Home Senior Night bc of cancelations. Both of you at Salome HS & St David went above and beyond to recognize Levi Alfred, this didn't go unrecognized
Since I don't have a hat in the ring, guess i can give my 2Cents on the 1a Playoffs
1st Hayden deserves the 1 seed. Williams is the best team I've personally seen this yr.
I like the character of St David & there's some bloodlines there i know are Champions
If I was seeding
The teams, id have Malc 4 Mog 5, just for the rematch
The East is the 1a SEC with 5 teams in
Joe City has stepped up this yr and play a very unorthodox style. They get a rematch with the Frogs. Might be Coach Mac's best coaching job
With that being said out of the 9-12 seeds
I was really not wanting to go to St David, then my soul got the biggest blessing. This is Mr Brimhall, he was my HS science and math teacher. He is 83. Walked up and said, Coach Mills I'm Mr Brimhall, I'm proud of you. You put Bagdad on the map & I'm here to cheer 4 u. He is 83

BUNTING MANIPULATES PITCHER APPROACH AND SETS THE TABLE FOR FUTURE MOMENTS
With 2 outs and no body on in the 3rd inning, losing 4-0, @Brewers Manager Pat Murphy told #9 hitter David Hamilton to lay down a bunt in a seemingly unimportant at bat.
Why?
Because Murphy knew Hamilton was known for bunting and they could set the table for a future at bat and big moment later in the game where he’d get a pitch to hit.
And that’s exactly what happened.
Hamilton bunted.
Hamilton got out.
But in the 5th, in Hamilton’s next at bat, he got a pitch in the heart of the plate and singled scoring a run and bringing the Brewers within 1.
And in the 9th, Hamilton did it again, homering on a get me over slider and extending the Brewers lead to 6-4.
You bunt to create future moments, and the Brewers did just that.
