The micro heavy heroes (largely hitscan dps and heroes like roadhog/mauga) are oppressive bc they don’t risk much to get a lot out of their hero. They’re the ones with the most defining perks. Silver bullet, soj’s perks, ashe, soldier Other heroes need perks to even come online.
