While being the most optimistic and really hoping for the best, which looks like it will happen, I think shorting $BTC and weak alts is a decent play here. Shorted a few alts + BTC. I'm worried about my bag of $DRV as I stacked them to not jeet too early 🤡

I really hope we do not print a failed breakout, again.

POV of my feed: I think we have priced in the hike and Trump will push through for Clarity to pass while everyone is short and I am long. I am a genius.

ethereum:0xb1d1eae60eea9525032a6dcb4c1ce336a1de71be thesis, but the honest version. I do think on-chain options will become a real category eventually. Today they're doing $3B in notional over 30 days against $613B for on-chain perps; options are still under 1% of on-chain derivatives volume. In TradFi, options run 74% of exchange-traded derivatives volume. That's the whole bull case in one number: if that ratio ever gets anywhere near perp-scale or TradFi, DRV re-rates hard. But "eventually" is doing a lot of work, and the market isn't giving you a discount to wait for it. 1/ Derive trades at 25x P/S and 20x P/F on circulating mcap, basically Hyperliquid's multiple (24.9x / 19.5x), the proven perps winner. 2/ The token actually trades: $3.7M in daily token volume (CoinGecko-aggregated) on a $143M cap. 2.6% turnover. Try moving real size and you'll feel it going in and coming out. 3/ Derive's own book does 90% of all on-chain options notional; right now there's basically no competition. That's great until the market actually grows: a bigger pie attracts bigger players, including venues that could just bolt options onto an existing perp business (😛). Today's dominance isn't a moat that's been tested against real competition. I hold it. I just don't pretend today's price is a godly entry. It's a bet that options become perps' little sibling.

This isn’t looking very good. I bought some puts early last week. I remain bullish, and this will just be a good opportunity to get lower prices. Do not forget that Trump will fight for the midterms.

I haven’t been very active on X, but my farming hasn’t changed much. I’m still waiting for cheaper YT and looping reUSD instead. Looping APY is 10–15% with leveraged points. Points on top are attractive, esp. since @re doubled the multiplier on the naked asset. I’m not farming YT because I have a large bag of points, but if you have zero, YTs are the easiest 2x for a small portfolio.

Everyone on CT can farm. Your uncle can't. Not because he doesn't get the risk. Because he'd have to learn seed phrases, networks, gas and unreadable contracts first. @21Advisory1 removes that layer. Platform, nothing else. Site and waitlist live: 21advisory.fr/

Considering my recent trading activities, I won’t say too much but this: I agree that $BTC is in a interesting spot here. I would lean bearish, as going above 80/82 will require a strong narrative, and the debasement trade is just beginning.
Bitcoin is @ an interesting spot with the upcming monthly close where pm-vah is going to overlap with the pq-vah making it THE line in the sand for continuation higher or a reversal back into the 70s

I am now pretty much sidelined with my reUSD as I sold my YTs after the spike next week. It was a good opportunity to cash in. I will re-enter when we go back below 11% IY.
This is by far my best farm. Numbers on @re YTs for reUSD are looking good. Market Data: > Underlying APY: 6.61% > Implied APY: 10.69% > Days left: 108 > S2 Points prediction: 817,256,543,662 My concern with this strategy is the airdrop terms. The S1 terms were hard on farmers. Any wallet holding more than 150M points was vested. I don't know how they gonna handle S2 but there will be some vesting terms, I hope they will be less strict. The yield leg is losing $3,621. At the current price, this is covered by the 1st unlock, based on s1 terms, which is 150M + 10% (around $5,800 at today's price). It's been a very long time since I've done this: I bought mid- to long-term bags of ethereum:0xfe0c30065b384f05761f15d0cc899d4f9f9cc0eb and ethereum:0xb1d1eae60eea9525032a6dcb4c1ce336a1de71be. I'm looking at other bags and going heavier later if possible.

Is anyone watching Bessant conference? He is not comfortable with what he is saying. Bunch of nonsense.

100%+ ROI YT play on @re via @pendle_fi Two ways in, both maturing dec 10 2026: 1/ YT-reUSDe: - 14.44x leverage $1K to $14,440 notional - Yield at maturity: $767 - Net cost of points: $233 - Points earned: approx 85M 2/ YT-reUSD: - 23.14x leverage $1K to $23,138 notional - Yield at maturity: $598 - Net cost of points: $402 - Points earned: approx 102M Season 2 allocation: 35M $RE out of a 1B total supply. At today's price ($0.50–0.55/ $RE, basically my base case): (i) reUSDe: $3,245.61 gain (324.56% ROI) (ii) reUSD: $3,778.21 gain (377.82% ROI) Worth knowing before you ape in: $RE launched june 18 and only 16% of the supply is circulating today. The rest unlocks over the next 3 years, including the biggest season 1 farmers, who are still vesting their tokens on a schedule tied to keeping their money locked in the protocol. Tight supply now ≠ tight supply forever. Risks: RE price drops, protocol/TVL risk. You don't get your notional back at maturity, only the yield. @reintern where am I wrong?

YT on @re are still undervalued. The main risk of farming re’s points is the unlock terms. They fucked us in season 1, I don’t have a strong opinion as it would only be guesswork.
