While in college - I was also at @DallasCowboys, @Optic, @Envy, @Complexity, @Discord, and more. I was the youngest on nearly every team, and was closer to emerging social content/trends.
Launched TikTok channels, spearheaded new initiatives, and loved facing resistance (meant I was on the right path to taking risks others didn’t understand).
I fundamentally believe in fresh perspectives & ambitious minds who are hungry to learn and grow.
Too many traditional teams limit the impact of what young talent can do, from doubting them in high-level conversations or only giving them a narrow lane.
